RETURNS

If you wish to exchange an item from ELENEE WORLD for another size, colour or style, you must follow the rules of our e-shop. The bikini that you are returning must be unworn and be in its original condition and packaging. The bikini must be returned within 12 days of the date you received your parcel. When returning an item, it must be in its original condition, which includes sanitary labels being intact and tags still attached.

ELENEE is not going to accept return of bikini that was worn, washed or soiled and that is not in its original condition including packaging and labels.

HERE ARE THE STEPS TO PROCEED WITH THE RETURN:

  1. Please email eleneeswim@gmail.com and inform us about your problem. Therefore we will authorize the return process.
  2. Download the RETURN FORM and make sure you print, fill out and place it in the returning package.
  3. Place the bikini in the same package that you’ve received from us and send it to the address below:

Please make sure to send the return within 12 days after you have received the parcel from us.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS.

Please note Elenee World reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense. We also recommend you do not wear any makeup, deodorant or perfume which may leave marks/scents on the item. The swimwear must not be damaged and show NO signs of being worn.

Elenee World will not be held liable for any lost returns and we strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details. The cost involved in returning an item to Elenee World will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customer’s sole responsibility.

Once we have received your returned package and inspected the garment you will be contacted via email within 3-5 days. If Elenee World accepts the return please allow up to 5-7 days* for your exchanged item to be delivered to you.

*up to 5-7 days within Greece and up to 12-15 days for any other country

REFUNDS

Refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty. If you have a faulty item or an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately at eleneeswim@gmail.com. Later on as you pack the item please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed off your online order), along with a description of the fault (you can download our RETURN FORM and fill it out). Once received in our office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.
