WHERE ARE ELENEE BIKINI’S DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED?
Elenee bikini’s are designed and produced in Greece, while all the fabrics are imported from Italy.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BIKINI?
To ensure your new bikini has a long life, it is recommended that you follow our care instructions here.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE FROM YOUR STORE?
Eleneeworld.com is a safe and secure place for you to shop. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to transmit credit card information and your personal information. This means that all information is encrypted as it transfers via the Internet and lands on a secure server when it arrives. We do not store your credit card details in our system. Please refer to our privacy policy for further information.
CAN I PURCHASE ELENEE SWIM IN STORE?
Elenee swimwear is currently available only online. However soon our swimwear is going to be represented in Mykonos boutiques and in Dubai.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I AM INTERESTED IN IS SOLD OUT?
Sometimes items can sell out very quickly and it can take some time for us to restock them. If your favorite item has unfortunately sold out, you can register for email notifications and we will be sure to notify you the minute it arrives.
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the additional item.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Placing an order for your Elenee bikini is very easy. When you find an item you like, select the correct size and quantity, then select ‘Add to Bag’. You can add, remove and change items in your bag at any given time. When you are happy with your shopping bag, you can continue to check out via the “My Bag’ option in the top right corner.
HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Once you have selected the checkout button, you will have the option to sign in or create an account. The next step is to enter your chosen shipping method, and any credits or vouchers you may have. From here you will be directed to complete the payment. Once the order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be issued an online store credit. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped.
WHERE IS MY ORDER? WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED IT YET?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.

WHAT IS THE PURCHASE PRICE CURRENCY?
All prices found on eleneeworld.com are listed in Euro and are inclusive of tax. International orders will be calculated via our integrated currency converter, although the actual international currency conversion that your bank charges may vary.
HOW DO I PAY?
Elenee World offers various payment options. We accept all major Credit/Debit cards and Paypal. More information can be found on our payments page.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
All of our orders are processed Monday to Friday and are shipped with 24 hours of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends (Sat/Sun) or Greek Public Holidays. You can refer to our shipping policy for further details on timeframes depending on your specific location.
WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT SHOWING ANY UPDATES?
Please allow time for your order to be processed by Elenee World, dispatched and processed through your country’s customs department before you can expect to see tracking updates.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, all of our international orders go via ΤΝΤ.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amount may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Elenee World cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will are solely responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
If you refuse a shipment from Elenee World, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Elenee World. This amount will be deducted from your credit note. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
